T VIBE USER MANUAL

Before the first use, thoroughly clean the parts with a Q-tip, following the instructions in the cleaning section of the manual.
Step 01

Material Loading

Video 01 — Material Loading
  1. Remove the Glass Tube — Flip the device upside down with the glass tube facing downward, then gently pull out the top glass tube. Do not use excessive force.
  2. Load Material — Only load material into the bottom end of the glass tube (the side with the metal screen). Do not fill the entire tube. Lightly flatten the material after loading with moderate tightness. Over-packing blocks airflow, while loose packing causes material fallout and affects performance.
  3. Reinstall the Tube — Keep the device inverted, insert and secure the filled glass tube firmly, then flip the device upright to complete the loading process.

💡 Loading Notes: Grind herbal material into medium-fine particles with a texture similar to coarse salt or raw sugar. Do not grind into fine powder. Overly fine particles will easily clog the screen, resulting in poor airflow and abnormal vapor output.

Step 02

Device Operation — Session Mode & On-Demand Mode

Video 02 — Session & On-Demand Mode Operation

Quickly press the power button three times continuously to power on the device. The device defaults to Session Mode or On-Demand Mode, and you can switch freely between the two modes at any time.

Session Mode

Press once to heat, press again to stop

Press the power button once to start heating; press again to stop heating instantly.

The indicator bar turns orange during heating. The device takes about 5–7 seconds to reach the target temperature on initial warm-up. The bar turns green when the temperature is ready for use.

In Session Mode, press the plus and minus keys simultaneously to cycle through functions, including temperature adjustment, working duration setting, mode switching, and settings entry.

On-Demand Mode

Hold to heat, release to stop

Press and hold the power button to heat; release to stop heating immediately.

The indicator bar turns orange during heating. The device takes about 5–7 seconds to reach the target temperature on initial warm-up. The bar turns green when the temperature is ready for use.

In On-Demand Mode, press the plus and minus keys simultaneously to cycle through functions, including temperature adjustment, mode switching, and settings entry.

The interface will automatically return to the default temperature display if no key operation is detected within 5 seconds.

Settings Interface

Supports personalized parameter adjustment: temperature unit switching, vibration on/off, LED light on/off, and screen brightness adjustment. Exit the settings page after customization to return to the main interface.

Maintenance

O-Ring Replacement & Device Maintenance

Video 03 — O-Ring Replacement

To remove the cooling head bracket O-ring, insert the stirring rod into the dedicated maintenance hole on the side of the bracket to push out the O-ring safely and smoothly.

⚠️

Important Warning: Never use sharp metal tools to pry the O-ring. Sharp tools will scratch the sealing groove and cause permanent damage. Install the O-ring flat and fully seated without distortion, misalignment or gaps.

Silicone O-rings are wearable consumable parts with a service life ranging from several months to several years. The actual lifespan depends on usage frequency and daily maintenance. Regular inspection and replacement are recommended as needed.

🚫

Cleaning Prohibition: O-rings must never come into contact with alcohol, which accelerates aging and deformation. Simply wipe gently with a damp cloth for daily maintenance.

Maintenance

Screen Replacement

Video 04 — Screen Replacement
  1. Use an M3 hex screwdriver to remove the outer shell components, take out the SUS316 support ring manually, and gently push out the built-in screen.
  2. Thoroughly clean residual debris and stains inside the heating chamber and on the screen surface.
  3. Replace the screen immediately if it is deformed, damaged, severely clogged, or causes abnormal vapor output.
  4. Fit the new screen flat into the groove, ensuring stable installation without tilt or offset.

Device Cleaning

Deep Cleaning

All devices are professionally cleaned before delivery and ready for out-of-box use. A deep clean is recommended after 80–100 uses, adjustable according to personal usage and hygiene habits.

Remove all detachable accessories. Do not soak the main device body in liquid. Place accessories in a sealed bag, soak in 99% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) for more than 30 minutes, and shake regularly for comprehensive cleaning.

Drain the alcohol, rinse all accessories with warm water, and soak again in fresh IPA for 1 minute to remove residual stains thoroughly.

🚫

Cleaning Prohibition: Keep O-rings away from alcohol to avoid accelerated aging; only wipe with a damp cloth.

Wipe all accessories dry with a soft cloth or tissue, then place them in a ventilated area to air-dry completely before reassembly.

💡 Main body & heating chamber cleaning: Power on the device and heat it to 60°C. Wipe the inner cavity clean with an IPA-dampened cotton swab, then wipe again with a water-dampened swab to remove alcohol residue. Apply a tiny amount of lubricant or wax to the heating chamber O-ring for smoother assembly and reduced wear.

Quick Cleaning

Perform routine quick maintenance every 50 uses between deep cleans to keep the device clean and stable:

  • Spray IPA inside the cooling head, wipe thoroughly and dry completely;
  • Clean stains on the heating chamber and main device surface with IPA cotton swabs;
  • Wipe the mouthpiece and outer chamber surface with cleaning wipes.

Device Calibration

Video 06 — Device Calibration

This device is equipped with a high-precision temperature control system, which calculates real-time temperature through cold resistance and TCR temperature coefficient. After long-term high-temperature operation, the heating sheet will oxidize slightly and the substrate thermal resistance will change subtly, causing gradual temperature drift. This creates minor deviations between the set temperature and actual temperature, affecting vapor flavor and stability. Regular calibration corrects temperature errors, restores factory-standard accuracy, and maintains consistent long-term performance.

Calibration Cycle

Featuring excellent temperature stability, the device does not require frequent calibration. Calibration is recommended after 2000–3000 complete heating cycles (equivalent to 8 daily sessions for one full year). Manually calibrate anytime you notice obvious changes in vapor flavor or output under the same settings.

Calibration Preconditions

  • Wait until the device cools completely to room temperature before calibration;
  • Do not calibrate with residual heat in the chamber, which will cause temperature data deviation;
  • Allow natural cooling for more than 30 minutes to ensure no residual temperature;
  • Complete a full deep cleaning before calibration.

Calibration Steps

Calibration is a simple, safe daily maintenance operation with zero risk and will not damage your device.

Press and hold the power button and the plus button simultaneously. After the device vibrates, quickly press the power button three times to enter the calibration interface. Press the power button once to complete automatic calibration. The default TCR values of 96 or 97 are optimal. Finally, press the power button five times continuously to power off the device.
