User Instructions

FLOW PRO USER

Before the first use, thoroughly clean the parts with a Q-tip, following the instructions in the cleaning section of the manual.
Step 01

Material Loading

Video 01 — Material Loading

Remove and reinstall the cooling head with a gentle semi-rotational twisting motion. Always twist downward during removal and installation. Do not pull the cooling head straight upward with force. Vertical pulling will rapidly wear the O-ring, causing warping, cracking, and premature aging.

Fill the heating chamber with finely ground herbal material and clean any residue around the chamber opening. Lightly flatten the material after filling. Do not overfill — keep all material below the top edge of the chamber to avoid overflow, air leakage, and disrupted airflow. Align and securely twist the cooling head back into place once loading is complete.

Step 02

Device Operation — Session Mode & OnDemand Mode

Video 02 — Session & OnDemand Mode Operation

Quickly press the power button three times consecutively to turn on the device. The device will boot into either Session Mode or OnDemand Mode. You can freely switch between the two modes at any time.

Session Mode

Press once to heat, press again to stop

Press the power button once to start heating. Press it again to stop heating immediately.

The temperature indicator bar turns orange during heating. The device takes 5–7 seconds to reach the preset temperature on initial heat-up. The bar turns green once the target temperature is ready for use.

In Session Mode, use the +/− buttons to adjust temperature, adjust working duration, switch to OnDemand Mode, or enter the settings menu.

OnDemand Mode

Hold to heat, release to stop

Press and hold the power button to heat. Release the button to stop heating instantly.

The temperature indicator bar turns orange during heating. The device takes 5–7 seconds to reach the preset temperature on initial heat-up. The bar turns green once the target temperature is ready for use.

In OnDemand Mode, use the +/− buttons to adjust temperature, switch to Session Mode, or enter the settings menu.

Use the switch button to cycle through setting options. The interface will automatically return to the default temperature display after 5 seconds of inactivity.

Settings Page

The settings page supports multiple adjustable functions: temperature unit switching, vibration toggle, 180° screen rotation, and screen brightness adjustment. After customizing your preferred settings, exit the menu to return to the main operation interface.

O-Ring Replacement & Device Cleaning

Heating Chamber O-Ring

Video 03 — Chamber O-Ring Replacement

Spare O-rings are included in the accessory kit for routine cleaning and replacement.

To remove the heating chamber O-ring for cleaning or replacement, gently pinch and pull the O-ring free, or use plastic tweezers for careful removal.

Cooling Head O-Ring

Video 04 — Cooling Head O-Ring Replacement

To remove the cooling head O-ring, insert the stirring rod into the dedicated maintenance hole on the side of the cooling head to safely push out the O-ring.

⚠️

Warning: Never use sharp metal tools to pry O-rings. Sharp tools can scratch the sealing grooves and permanently damage the O-rings. Always install O-rings flat and fully seated without twisting or misalignment.

Silicone O-rings are wearable consumable parts. Their service life ranges from several months to several years depending on usage frequency and maintenance habits. Regular inspection and replacement are recommended.

Screen Replacement

Video 05 — Screen Replacement
  1. Remove the cooling head assembly. Take out the internal screen by hand, with tweezers, or by gently pushing it out with a cleaning brush. Clean all residual material debris from the screen surface.
  2. Remove and clean the heating chamber screen using the same method.
  3. Replace the screen promptly if it is deformed, damaged, or functionally abnormal.
  4. Place the new screen flat into the groove to ensure a level and secure fit with no tilt or offset. Reinstall the O-ring and confirm it is fully locked in place without distortion. Finally, reattach the cooling head assembly.

Device Cleaning

Deep Cleaning

All devices are professionally cleaned before shipping and are ready for immediate use out of the box. A deep clean is recommended after 60–80 uses, adjustable based on personal hygiene habits.

Detach all removable accessories. Do not soak the main device body in liquid. Place accessories in a sealed bag and soak them in 99% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) for at least 30 minutes. Shake the bag periodically to ensure thorough cleaning.

Drain the alcohol, rinse all accessories with warm water, and soak them in fresh IPA for 1 minute to remove residual stains.

Dry all components completely with a soft cloth or tissue, then leave them in a well-ventilated area to fully air-dry before reassembly.

💡 To clean the main device and heating chamber: power on the device and warm it to 60°C. Wipe the inner cavity thoroughly with an IPA-dampened cotton swab, then wipe again with a water-dampened swab to remove alcohol residue. A small amount of lubricant or wax can be applied to the heating chamber O-ring for smoother assembly.

Quick Cleaning

Perform routine quick maintenance after every 30 uses between deep cleaning sessions:

  • Spray IPA inside the cooling head, wipe thoroughly, and allow full drying;
  • Clean the heating chamber and main device surface with IPA-dampened cotton swabs;
  • Wipe the mouthpiece and outer chamber surface with cleaning wipes.

Device Reassembly After Cleaning

Follow the official video tutorial step by step to reassemble all components correctly.

Device Calibration

Video 06 — Device Calibration

This device adopts precise temperature control (TC) technology. It calculates real-time temperature based on cold resistance and TCR temperature coefficients. After long-term high-temperature operation, the heating plate will oxidize slightly and the substrate thermal resistance will drift gradually. This causes minor temperature deviation between the set value and actual temperature, affecting vapor consistency and flavor. Regular calibration corrects temperature drift and restores factory-level accuracy for stable long-term performance.

Calibration Cycle

The device operates steadily between 150–240°C with excellent temperature stability and does not require frequent calibration. We recommend calibrating after 2000–3000 full heating cycles (approximately 8 daily sessions for one full year). You may also calibrate manually anytime you notice inconsistent vapor quality or flavor under the same settings.

Calibration Preconditions

  • Calibrate only when the device has fully cooled to room temperature.
  • Do not calibrate with residual heat inside the chamber, as this will cause inaccurate data.
  • Allow a minimum of 30 minutes of natural cooling before calibration.
  • Complete a full deep cleaning before starting calibration.

Calibration Steps

Calibration is a simple, safe, routine maintenance process and will not damage your device.

Press and hold the power button and the “+” button simultaneously. After the device vibrates, quickly press the power button three times to enter the calibration interface. Press the power button once to start automatic calibration. The default TCR values of 96 or 97 are optimal. After calibration, press the power button five times consecutively to power off the device.
